摘要
为了探明香港巨牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)的摄食和代谢生理与水温的关系,在实验室条件下采用流水系统研究了不同水温(T)条件下香港巨牡蛎的滤水率(FR)、摄食率(IR)、吸收率(AE)、耗氧率(OR)和排氨率(NR)的变化规律。结果显示:(1)在13~33℃范围内,水温对香港巨牡蛎的滤水率、摄食率和吸收率的影响都极显著(P〈0.01),滤水率、摄食率和吸收率与水温之间的关系方程分别为:FR=-0.027T2+1.1967T-7.8537(R2=0.8902);IR=-0.147T2+6.5202T-42.845(R2=0.9009);AE=-0.1783T2+8.1846T-12.304(R2=0.9757)。(2)在13~33℃范围内,水温对香港巨牡蛎的耗氧率和排氨率的影响极显著,耗氧率和排氨率与水温之间的关系方程分别为:OR=1.283Ln(T)-2.332(R2=0.9599);NR=0.1022Ln(T)-0.2136(R2=0.9743)。根据研究结果可以判断,香港巨牡蛎生长的最适水温为22℃,其摄食和代谢在水温18~28℃之间处于较适宜水平。
In order to make clear the relationship between water temperature and the feeding and metabolic physiology of Crassostrea hongkongensis,the variation of filtration rate(FR),ingestion rate(IR),absorption efficiency(AE),oxygen consumption rate(OR) and ammonia excretion rate(NR) under different water temperatures(T) were studied at laboratory conditions using a running water system.The results showed that,(1) Within the range of 13~33℃,the temperature had a very significant effect on filtration rate,ingestion rate and absorption efficiency of Crassostrea hongkongensis(P0.01),and the relations between water temperature and filtration rate,ingestion rate and absorption efficiency were as follows: FR=-0.027T2+1.1967T-7.8537(R2=0.8902),IR=-0.147T2+6.5202T-42.845(R2=0.9009),AE=-0.1783T2+8.1846T-12.304(R2=0.9757).(2) Within 13~33℃,the temperature had a very significant effect on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Crassostrea hongkongensis,the relations between water temperature and oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were as follows: OR=1.283Ln(T)-2.332(R2=0.9599);NR=0.1022Ln(T)-0.2136(R2=0.9743).This study indicated that the optimal temperature for the growth of Crassostrea hongkongensis was 22℃,its feeding and metabolism were at a appropriate level between temperature 18℃ and 28℃.
