温度对近江牡蛎稚贝耗氧和排氨的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了不同温度对近江牡蛎稚贝生理活动的影响。将大小相似的近江牡蛎稚贝培养在16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃五个温度梯度下,测定其在不同温度下的耗氧率、排氨率以及O∶N。结果显示,在16℃~28℃的范围内,近江牡蛎稚贝的耗氧率、排氨率随着温度的上升而上升,但当温度超过28℃时,近江牡蛎的耗氧率、排氨率随着温度的上升而下降;整个实验过程中,近江牡蛎的O∶N的变化范围为12~22说明近江牡蛎稚贝主要以脂肪及蛋白质提供代谢能量。同时在16℃~28℃的范围内,随着温度的不断上升,O∶N也不断增大说明近江牡蛎稚贝利用蛋白质供能的比例越来越小,因此温度的升高有利于稚贝的生长。 Similar size of juveniles of ostrea rivularis were selected and reared at five different temperatures(16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃)to evaluate the effect of temperature on the metabolism of juveniles of C.rivularis.The respiration、excretion and O∶N of juveniles at different temperature were measured.The result indicates that temperature affected the metabolism of juveniles of C.rivularis significantly.Both respiration rate and excretion rate increased significantly with the temperature between 16℃~28℃.However,when temperature was up to 28℃,respiration rate and excretion rate decreased with the temperature.The O∶N rates were in the range between 12~22 during the experiment which indicates that the decompose of protein and fat was the source of energy.The O∶N rate also increased with the temperature,indicating rising temperature is good for the growth of juveniles of C.rivularis.
