摘要
在实验室的条件下;;研究照度、温度、盐度对翡翠贻贝(Pernaviridis)滤水率的影响。结果表明;;在一定温度(16~31℃)和盐度(16~32)范围内;;滤水率与温度、盐度呈正相关关系;;但温度和盐度的交互作用不明显。开始时翡翠贻贝的滤水率随温度的上升而增加;;当温度达到26℃以上时;;滤水率的变化趋缓或不再增加。翡翠贻贝的滤水率随盐度的升高而增大;;特别是在低温的条件下;;滤水率随盐度的变化更为明显。此外;;在照度为0~10000lx范围内;;各照度条件下翡翠贻贝的滤水率无显著性的差异。
The effects of light intensity, temperature and salinity on the filtration rate of Perna viridis were studied under laboratory conditions. The results show that the filtration rate is positively related to certain temperature range(16 31 ℃) and salinity(16 32). There are no significant interactions between temperature and salinity. The filtration rate of Perna viridis increases as temperature goes up and shows down over 26 ℃. The filtration rate increase as salinity goes up, especially at low temperature. The light intensity (0 10 000 lx) has no significant effects on the filtration rate of Perna viridis.
