摘要
为调查嗜水气单胞菌在不同水体中的存活规律,计算了病原菌在不同温度(4℃、20℃、30℃)和不同pH值(3.0、5.0、7.0、8.5、11.5)条件下,于城市污水、城市生活污水、河水等不同水体中的存活比。研究结果表明,不同城市污水中,菌株较适合在较低温度下存活;相同温度下,该菌在河水和城市污水中的存活率较高,在pH值为7的城市污水下存活率比较高。
The survival status of Aeromonas hydrophila in different water was studied.The paper though calculating the survival rate of JD16 in municipal wastewater,urban sewage and river water investigated the pathogens survival status in different sewages at different temperatures(4℃,20℃,30℃) and pH(3,5,7,8.5,11.5) conditions.The results showed that in urban sewage,strain JD16 was more suitable at a lower temperature for survival.At the same temperature,strainJD16 had a higher survival rate in river water and urban sewage.The strain JD16 relatively well survived in the pH value of 7 in urban sewage.
