摘要
目的 :观察 El- Tor霍乱弧菌在不同类型自然水体中的存活时间。方法 :将已知量的菌种投入到定量的水样中 ,定期增菌、分离、培养 ,观察其存活情况。结果 :小川型 El- Tor霍乱弧菌的溶源、复愈、抗性株在自然水体中的存活时间分别为 5~ 2 0天、6~ 19天、5~ 2 5天。结论自然水体的 p H值对 El- Tor霍乱弧菌的存活时间没有明显影响 ,在氯化物较高的水体中存活时间有延长的趋势 。
Objective:To observe the life span of El-Tor biotype of Vibrio cholerae in the different kind of natural water.Method:To add El-Tor biotype of Vibrio cholerae,whose number had been determined,to fix volume water,then to test the activity of the bacteria at regular intervals.Results:The lysogenic strain,the non-lysogen ic strain of Ogawa(El-Tor biotype of Vibrio cholerae) and the strain resistant to phage had respectively the life span of 5~20,6~19 and 5~25days.Conclusion:The pH and concentration of NaCl of the natural water had almost no effect on the life span of El-Tor biotype.And the escalation of water temperature could cut down the life span of El-Tor biotype.
