摘要
盆栽试验研究了水分胁迫条件下小麦幼苗叶绿素含量及小麦抗氧化能力的影响.结果表明:随土壤水分的减少,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均呈降低趋势;叶片脯氨酸含量、MDA含量以及叶片SOD、POD活性均呈增加趋势.说明,在干旱胁迫下,小麦幼苗叶片通过改变内部的生理特性以提高自身的抗旱性.
Four water treatment was set to pot planted wheat seedling to study the growth and Antioxidant Ability of its seedlings under water stress.chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,and total chlorophyll content were decreased with soil water reduction while proline content,MDA content,and SOD activity,POD activity were increased.These showed that wheat seedling leaf increased drought—resistance by changing inner physiological characteristics.
