摘要
采用不同浓度镧处理小麦幼苗,并测定生理指标,研究镧对小麦幼苗生长及部分生理特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度La3+(0.1、0.5mmol/L)提高了小麦植株SOD活性,随着镧浓度增高,酶活性逐步降低,2mmol/L La3+显著增强POD活性;La3+浓度为1.5、2mmol/L时MDA含量增加显著;La3+浓度在1mmol/L及以上,叶绿素含量减少显著,继续培养至两周后各处理根系干物质重都比对照少。表明叶绿素含量、根系POD活性、MDA含量和干物质重可以作为耐镧小麦筛选指标。
In this paper it was studied that effects of lanthanum on the growth and some physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings through different concentration of La3+ culturing wheat seedlings and detecting physiological measures.The results indicated that the activities of SOD under La3+(0.1,0.5mmo/L)were raised,and enzyme activity was reduced gradually as the concentration of La was increased,and activity of POD under La3+(2mmol/L) was significantly enhanced;the MDA content under La3+(1.5,2mmol/L) was remarkable increased,and the content of chlorophyll was reduced significantly when the concentration of La3+ was 1 mmol·L-1 and over,and the root dry weight of different treatments was lower than checking through keeping culture until two weeks.It can be suggested that chlorophyll content and POD activity,MDA content and dry weight of the root should be screening indexes for lanthanum-resisting wheat.
