摘要
为研制类鼻疽肺炎的相似性编码和编码组合表,提高对该病的护理观察与护理诊断能力。根据细菌学、血清学诊断且胸部X线阳性病人的21项主要临床指征、实验数据,通过分组编码和概率分析,及对病人病情恶化进程的观察及护理。结果:类鼻疽肺炎病人有4组以上的编码机率大于0.500,革兰氏阳性球菌、病毒、支原体引起的肺炎也有3组以上的编码机率大于0.500。认为此编码对病原菌引起的肺炎,尤其对类鼻疽肺炎、肺炎链球菌肺炎、肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎和非典型性肺炎极易区别,且便于操作,适合临床医护人员应用。护理时应对病人可能引发病情恶化先兆的微小变化予以重视。
To study on similarity coding and coding composition list of melioidosis pneumonia, and to promote the abilities of nursing observation and nursing diagnosis of the disease. According to 21 of major indications and experimental data from bacteriological, serological diagnosis and chest X-ray positive patients, through group coding and probability analysis, the exacerbation of these patients were observed and nursing cares were given. Results showed that in melioidosis pneumonia patients, more than 4 groups coding chances were over 0.500.Pneumoniae caused by Gram's positive cocci, viruses, mycoplasmas, in these patients, more than 3 groups coding chances were over 0.500.Suggested that the coding can easily differentiate pathogenic bacteria caused pneumoniae, especially differentiate pneumoniae caused by melioidosis, streptococcus pneumoniae, klebsiella pneumoniae and atypical pneumonia. And the coding is easy tooperate, suit to clinical medical and nursing staff's applying. Nursing staff would pay attention to all small premonitory changes that may cause exacerbation of the patients when they give the patients nursing cares.
