摘要
目的 探索一种对类鼻疽病简便、有效的编码护理诊断方法 ,以提高护理质量 ,减少死亡率。方法 通过筛选类鼻疽病、革兰氏阳性球菌、阴性杆菌等特异指征进行编码计算 ;对患者病情转化资料及药物疗效情况进行分析。结果 筛选出 2 1项 7位序数的临床护理诊断鉴定编码 ;识别鉴定概率 >90 % ;心功能、肺功能、肾功能衰竭及感染性休克病情转化的四大护理诊断指征及药物效果的观察。结论 本编码鉴定识别率高和观察病情转化指征使用效果好 ,可供临床医务人员参考应用。
Objective To explore a coding nursing diagnostic method for melioidosis which is convenient and effective, in order to improve the quality of care, and decrease death rate. Method To make coding calculation by screening some particular indications such as melioidosis, Gram-positive bacteria,negative bacilli and so on, and to analyze the document of patients condition conversion and drug curative effect.Result To screen 21 clinical nursing diagnostic code of 7 serial numbers; the percentage of cognitive testing is more than 90 percent; observation of top 4 nursing diagnostic indications and drug effect for conversion of patients' condition with cardiac function, pulmonary function, renal failure and infectious shock.Conclusion The percentage of cognitive testing of this coding is pretty high and the indication for conversion of patients' condition has an effective use, it is possible for medical staff for reference and application.
