摘要
本文运用文献计量学方法并结合文献内容,对我国1998-2009年间以图书馆服务质量评价为主题的论文作了统计分析和回溯研究。从论文年代、期刊、作者的分布入手,揭示了图书馆服务质量评价的发展历程,从而探讨了我国图书馆服务质量评价研究的现状和存在的问题,并提出相关建议,以期对本领域今后的研究提供一些参考与启示。
Combining the document contents with the documental metrology,this paper carries out a statistical analysis and backdate research on the topic of the library service quality evaluation from 1998 to 2009 in China.It reveals the development process of the library service quality evaluation from the paper＇s quantity distribution,journal distribution,writer distribution and theme distribution,thereby discusses the status and the present problems and gives some relevant proposals in order to provide some consultant revelation to the future study in this field.
