摘要
“无障碍”是当今世界的热点。作为社会文化和信息中心,图书馆应当积极构建信息无障碍体系,并以此来提升其核心竞争力,提高其社会地位,从而推进全球无障碍环境的实现。
“Barrier-free” is a hot spot of the present world. As a social culture and information center, library should build its own information barrier-free system actively. And through that way, its core competence and social position can be advanced. Then, the realization of the barrier-free environment of the whole world is promoted.
