摘要
研究利用煤矸石及硫铁矿烧渣作原料制备PSAAF并用于印染废水的处理结果表明,PSAAF有良好的除浊、脱色和除COD性能;尤其对亲水性染料,具有独特的去除效果对pH为6~9的实际废水,PSAAF的脱色率和COD去除率比常规絮凝剂均提高30%~40%PSAAF的脱色机理是水合铝、铁离子的凝聚作用和聚硅酸的絮凝而产生的共沉淀图8,表1。
Polysilicate aluminum and ferric salt(PSAAF)flocculant was prepared from coal refuse and pyrite slag, and was used as flocculant in the treatment of dyeing wastewater for removing turbidity and COD and decolorizing.The removal rate of color and COD is 30%~40% higher than those by conventional flocculants.The decolorization mechanism,which comprises the formation of unstable compunds with hydrolytic aluminium ions and ferric ions and conglomerating with polysilicic acid in the flocculant,was proposed.8figs.,1tab.,12refs.
