摘要
研究了在 pH6 3的KH2 PO4-Na2 B4O7缓冲体系中 ,痕量Ni 催化H2 O2 氧化胭脂红的褪色反应。基于此 ,建立了一种测定痕量Ni 的光度法。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 2 5× 1 0 - 1 1 g/mL ,催化程度与Ni 量在 0 0~ 2 4 0 μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。本法结合N530萃取分离 ,满意地测定了粉煤灰中的微量Ni。
In the buffer solution of KH 2PO 4 Na 2B 4O 7 (pH6.3) the trace Ni ? catalyzes strongly the fading reaction of carmine oxidized by hydrogen peroxide was studied. Based on this study, a catalysis spectrophotometric method for determining trace Ni ? was developed. The detection limit of the method is 2.5×10 -11 g/mL for Ni ? and Beer's law is obeyed for Ni ? in the range of 0-0.6μg/25mL. Combined with the solvent of N530-coal oil sulfonated extraction separation, the method has been applied to the determination of trace Ni in flyash with satisfactory results.
