摘要
参考了Ｔ．ＫＵＳＵＤＡ等人的研究结果， 结合笔者对中国建筑能耗分析实用简化法（ 温湿频数ＢＩＮ 法） 的研究结果， 把建筑能耗简化计算法与计算机精确模拟计算法进行了分析比较，讨论了造成差异的原因，提出了我国简化能耗分析法尚待完善的问题。
Referring to T.KUSUDA's and the author's research results,the simplified energy_consumption methods and the detailed computer simulation methods are compared.The major reasons for discrepancies are analyzed.The major problems of the Chinese practical and simplified method for energy_consumption analysis are put forward.
