Study on Energy Consumption Dynamic Simulation for Office Building

摘要 为了研究办公建筑的能耗现状,本文分析了办公建筑的围护结构以及空调、照明、动力插座等系统的耗能特征,并建立了办公建筑全年逐时能耗的动态计算模型。以上海某办公建筑为例,应用清华大学开发的DeST建筑能耗模拟软件和实际调研分析相结合的方法,对该办公建筑的全年逐时能耗进行了模拟分析,全年单位建筑面积折合一次能源消耗量为2.71GJ/m2.a,全年单位建筑面积电力消耗量220kWh/m2.a,其中空调能耗占41.3%、照明能耗占22.8%、动力插座占35.9%。夏季空调、办公照明和办公设备是各系统的耗能主体,是节能的主要对象。本文利用该建筑实际累月能耗数据对模拟结果进行了验证,证明该计算模型准确合理,该动态模型为办公建筑能耗分析提供了一个方法。 In order to study yearly energy consumption for office building, the characteristic of the office building envelop, air conditioning system, lighting and distribution system were analyzed and the dynamic calculation model was built in this paper. The energy consumption of an office building in Shanghai was simulated by both DeST software and survey analysis. Yearly primary energy consumption for per building area of this office building is 2.71 GJ/m^2· a, and yearly power consumption for per building area is 220 kWh/m^2 ·a. In all energy consumption air conditioning energy consumption is 41.3 %, lighting energy consumption is 22.8 %, and distribution energy consumption is 35.9 %. Energy consumption for air conditioning, lighting and office equipments is the dominating objects to energy saving. The simulation result was compared with the survey data and the calculation model and results are proved to be reasonable. This dynamic simulation model presents an analysis method for the office building energy consumption.
