胡子鲶血浆中外源生长激素的代谢动力学 被引量:4

PLASMA KINETICS OF RECOMBINANT COMMON CARP GROWTH HORMONE IN CLARIAS BATRACHUS

摘要 采用草鱼生长激素夹心式酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA) ,研究了重组鲤生长激素(rcGH) 在胡子鲶血浆中的代谢动力学。肌肉注射rcGH(0.2 和l μgg) 后, 胡子鲶血浆rcGH 水平迅速升高, 于2 和3h 时达峰值, 随后下降,在注射后第2 和4 天, 血浆中检测不到rcGH。腹腔注射rcGH(0 .2 和lμgg) 后, 胡子鲶血浆rcGH水平也有同上类似的变动规律。胡子鲶腹腔注射0 .5、1 和2 μgg 的rcGH,7 天后各组鱼血浆中的rcGH 均被清除干净。向尾部血管内注射rcGH(0 .2 和0.5 μgg) 后,胡子鲶血浆rcGH 水平下降遵循指数性衰减规律,24h 后血浆中rcGH 均未清除干净。 Using the sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for grass carp growth hormone , plasma kinetics of rcGH in Clarias batrachus after administrations of rcGH were investigated. After intramuscular injections of rcGH (0.2 and l μg/g) into C.batrachus,the plasma rcGH levels were increased, peak values were seen at the end of 2 and 3 hours post injection,and rcGH in plasma was undetected on the 2nd and 4th days post injection, respectively. Similar uptake and clearance patterns were seen after intraperitoneal injections rcGH(0.2 and l μg/g) into C.batrachus . Intraperitoneal injections of rcGH (0.5,1 and 2 μg/g) to walking catfish, rcGH in plasma was all undetected on the 7th day post injection. When rcGH( 0.2 and 0.5 μg/g) was injected into intra caudal vessel of C.batrachus , plasma rcGH levels decreased by way of exponential decay,rcGH in plasma was detectable 24h postintra caudal vessel injection.
