摘要
用ECOR、ECOR、BamH、Hind、Pst、Pru、Sma、Xbol、Cla、Sac、Bgl等11种酶,用mtDNA限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)技术,分析了国内几个省区的实验用兔mtDNA多态性,结果表明:在研究的64个个体中,共检出15种限制性态型,归结为4种不同的限制性类型,限制性类型的差异主要来源于少数几个限制性位点的偶然突变。提示这些兔种mtDNA变异度很低,遗传多样性贫乏,所研究的兔种可能有共同的母系祖先,也可能繁殖时造成人为血缘杂交或遗传污染。
Eleven restriction endonucleases were used to assay the DNA Poly morphism in lab rabbits from a few provinces in China.Fifteen restriction patterns were observed in a total of 64 subjects studied.From all restriction patterns disclosed by 11 enzymes,4 mtDNA types were obtained.Following conclusion is obtained the mtDNA from lab rabbit possessed low polymorphism.
