摘要
由黔湘农村引入中国本地白兔，经筛选组建６个家系。
The Chinese local white rabbit came from individual peasant families in Guizhou and Hunan province,and they were selected for 6 male parent lines.A large number of individual data of more than 50 litters were recorded.Testing species characteristics included performance and genetic traits for rabbit.Some results are as follows:number born alive 8.07, weaning wt.at 28 days 285.96g,body wt.at 90 days and 180 days respectively 979.26g and 1719.41g,mature wt.2273.33g,the mean of milk yeild per day 72.1g,feed efficiency 3.65∶1,dressing percentage at 180 days 55.6% and protein in fresh meat 22.17%.C banding indicated that the centromeric regions of almost chromosomes of set were darkly stained,but different in size.It showed the inherent polymorphism of constitutive heterochromatin and of protein sits for species.
