摘要
为了研究不同品牌不同亚型基因工程α干扰素的抗肿瘤效应，采用ＭＴＴ法将不同浓度的α干扰素分别对５种肿瘤细胞进行生长抑制实验。结果表明不同品牌的１００００ＩＵ／ｍｌ，１０００ＩＵ／ｍｌ，１００ＩＵ／ｍｌ的ＩＦＮα２ａ或ＩＦＮα２ｂ对人脑胶质瘤细胞（ＳＨＧ４４），人骨肉瘤细胞（ＨＯＳ８６０３），人白血病细胞（ＨＬ６０），红白血病细胞（Ｋ５６２）和淋巴瘤细胞（Ｒａｊｉ）的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用。其抑制率分别为２０％，１０％，５％左右。进口和国产的不同品牌ＩＦＮα２ａ和ＩＦＮα２ｂ对上述５种肿瘤细胞株均有较明显的生长抑制效应，而且抑制的百分率均相近。
To study the anti tumor effect of various subtypes of recombinatin IFNα from different manufactories,MTT assay was applied to investigate the tumor cells growth inhibition by different conoentrations of IFNα.The results showed that the growth of SHG 44,HOS 8603,HL 60,K562 and Raji cells were all inhibited by various IFNα 2a and IFNα 2b at dose 10 000 IU/ml,1 000 IU/ml,100 IU/ml with the inhibitory rate about 20%,10%,5% respectively.Both the imported and domestic IFNα 2a and IFNα 2b have produced remarkable inhibition effect on these five kinds of tumor cells with similar inhibitory rates.
