闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的介绍闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折的临床体会。方法 在C臂X光机透视的帮助下对29例不同类型的胫骨干新鲜骨折患者行闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定。结果 全部随访,随访时间8~20个月,29例患者骨折全部愈合。未发生骨折畸形、感染、骨筋膜室综合征、小腿肌肉坏死及退钉断钉现象。结论 对于胫骨干骨折,在C臂X光机辅助下进行闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定,切口小、创伤小、手术时间短、出血少、感染率低,有利于保护软组织及骨折部位的血供,骨折的愈合率高、并发症少。
