创伤性胸主动脉假性动脉瘤诊疗体会 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗创伤性胸主动脉假性动脉瘤的可行性及疗效。方法:我院2009年4月至2010年5月连续收治5例创伤性胸主动脉假性动脉瘤患者,其中4例利用覆膜支架腔内隔绝术进行治疗。结果:1例未及手术心跳骤停死亡,另4例手术均获得成功,痊愈出院,复查胸部增强CT扫描瘤腔封闭良好,无内漏。结论:对于外伤造成的创伤性胸主动脉峡部破裂形成的假性动脉瘤,覆膜支架腔内隔绝术安全、并发症少、疗效确切,可以作为首选的治疗方法。
