摘要
主动脉夹层动脉瘤(AD)是主动脉疾病中最致命性的疾病,作者综述了腔内隔绝术(EVGE)治疗AD的指征、方法和疗效。DeBakeyⅢ型AD患者适合EVGE治疗。该方法具有微创、便捷和疗效确切的优点,临床应用前景良好。
Acute aortic dissection is the most lethal one among the diseases involving the aorta. This article reviewed the operative indications, methods, curative effects and clinical prospect of Endovascular Graft Exclusion （EVGE） for aortic dissection . The indications for EVGE are DeBakey Ⅲ B type aortic dissections with the intimal tear. EVGE is a minus invasive method with a firmly curative effects, and its clinical prospect will be very bright.
