摘要
目的探讨覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗B型主动脉夹层的疗效及护理。方法对38例B型主动脉夹层行覆膜支架腔内隔绝术,总结术前、术后的观察和护理。结果 38例患者手术成功率100%。结论覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗B型主动脉夹层具有创伤小,术后恢复快,手术死亡率低、成功率高的优点;有效的护理措施起重要作用。
Objective To discuss therapeutic effect and nursing of endovascular stent-graft for treating Type B Aortic Dissection. Method Thirty-eight patients with type B aortic dissection were given endovascular stent-graft placement,and the observation and nursing was summarized on the operating and after interventional therapy. Result The achievement ratio of operation was 100%. Conclusion There is less trauma and faster recovery,and low operative mortality on treatment with endovascular stent-graft. and effective treatment can play an important role on Type B Aortic Dissection after interventional therapy.
