壳聚糖对小麦种子萌发及干旱胁迫下幼苗保护酶活性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 采用喷洒不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液处理小麦,测定小麦发芽势、发芽率、干(湿)重、胚根长、胚芽长,及干旱胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明:壳聚糖处理可提高小麦种子萌发等生理特性;干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗SOD、POD及CAT活性均高于对照组(CK);随着干旱时间的延续,POD活性先升后降,而CAT、SOD活性则呈现逐渐降低趋势;干旱期间各处理小麦苗期生理特性差异较小,但干旱后壳聚糖溶液处理幼苗恢复情况强于对照组。壳聚糖溶液处理对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长有促进作用,对干旱胁迫下幼苗保护酶活性有明显提高作用。 To study the effects of chitosan on wheat germination power,germination rate,wet weight,dry weight,radicle length,embryonic length and activities of protective enzyme in seedlings under drought stress by measuring activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT).The results showed that all groups significantly improved the biophysical index,the activities of protective enzyme compared with CK.Activity of POD increased and then decreased,the activities of CAT and SOD decreased during the pocess of drought coutinuing.Physiological characteristics of seedlings of wheat in different groups are similar during the pocess of drought,but testing groups recovered faster than CK after drought.Spraying chitosan liquid can enhance wheat germination and growing,improve activities of protective enzyme in seedlings under drought stress significantly.
