摘要
针对现有常规液动防喷器体积较大,工作面较高,不能满足小修作业需要的问题,研制了液手动半全封防喷器。该防喷器是在满足基本技术指标的基础上,以结构简单、体积小和工作面高度低为出发点,采用单层闸板结构同时实现全封或半封关井的多功能液动、手动2用闸板防喷器,能满足井控安全要求,适合小修作业。室内及现场试验表明,该防喷器的各项技术指标均达到了设计要求,完全满足小修作业的要求。
In light of the problem that the current ordinary blowout preventer(BOP) is large in size,with a high working area and thus it cannot satisfy the minor workover operation,the hydraulic and manual semi-enclosed BOP was developed.The BOP is characterized by a simple structure,small size and low working area.It adopts the single-layer ram structure to achieve simultaneously many functions of blind or semi-enclosed shut-in and hydraulic and manual control.It can satisfy the requirement of well control safety and is suitable for minor workover operation.The laboratory and field experiments show that all technological indexes of the BOP reach the design requirements,completely meeting the need of minor workover operation.
