摘要
针对以往井口防喷器的特点 ,研制开发了BQFZ18— 35半封 全封一体化封井器。这种新型封井器主要由半封总成、全封总成和壳体三大部分组成 ,兼具半封封井器和全封封井器的优点和功能 ,并使半封闸板与现场使用的半封封井器闸板通用。 10 0多套封井器的现场应用表明 ,新型封井器开关灵活、密封可靠、承压高 ,是用于修井作业的理想防喷配套设备。
In the light of the characteristics of the commonly used BOP, Model BQFZ18-35 integrated BOP with blind ram and pipe ram is developed. This BOP is comprised of the blind ram assembly, the pipe ram assembly and the house, which has functions of both the blind ram BOP and the pipe ram BOP. Field use shows that the integrated BOP is flexible in opening and closing, reliable in seal and can operate at high pressure.
