摘要
用有限元方法对2FZ54-35型双闸板防喷器壳体进行优化设计,通过分析不同壁厚和高度的壳体的应力状况,得出影响壳体应力水平的主要因素,确定壳体的设计方案。通过对壳体在静水压强度试验压力和额定工作压力下的有限元分析,经过应力线性化处理,依据ASME锅炉及压力容器规范第Ⅷ卷第2册,对不同工况下的壳体进行强度校核,结果表明该设计符合规范要求。经试验证明该防喷器的各项性能满足GB/T 20174—2006的要求。
The finite element analysis methods used to improve the design of a body in 2FZ54-35 double blowout preventer.Through the stresses analysis for different height and thickness body,The principal factor that affects body strength was achieved and the design was completed.Finally,by the analysis of stresses for the body under hydrostatic test pressure and service rating,the results are within the specified design limits of the ASME boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section Ⅷ,division 2.Through test,the performances of the BOP meet the requirements of the specification GB/T20174—2006.
