摘要
为了满足石灰生产和降低煤气成本,运用混料实验设计,对煤气结构进行优化,以寻求最优化的煤气配比。在最优条件下,当V(转炉煤气):V(焦炉煤气)=87.27%:12.73%,煤气热值达到1726.4959kcal/m3。在此优化条件下,煤气热值为1743kcal/m3。同时,优化后的煤气成本较低。
The surface to volume ratio of coal gas components was examined by mixture design for Cost down. The response results showed that the optimal surface to volume ratio of V(converter coal gas ) ; V(oven gas) was 0. 8727 ; 0. 1273,and the predicted response of the gascaloficity was 1726. 4959kcal/Nm^3. Furthermore, the surface to volume ratio of coal gas components was examined by experiment. The results showed that gascaloricity was 1743kcal/Nm^3and the cost for coal gas was relatively small
