香蕉杆粉培养木霉菌适宜条件的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本试验的目的是以香蕉杆粉作为主要碳源,把康氏(Trichoderma Koningii)木霉菌接种到发酵料上,用以生产纤维素酶,并制成酶曲用以降解粗饲料的纤维素.试验探讨了加水量、pH初始值、接种量和温度四个因素对产酶的影响.实验结果表明,适宜的条件为加水量200%~250%,pH初始值为6.0,接种量1.5%~3.5%,温度30土2℃时,每克酶曲对CMC的糖化能力最高. Utilize banana wastes as the main carbon source, to inoculate the Trichoderma SP on the fermented material ,prepare solid state cellulosic enzyme. The appropriate conditions were found,the moisture content 200%-250%,the pH6.0,the temperature 30±2℃ ,the substrate ratio 1.5- 3.5% ,the CMC saccharification of the each gram solid state cellulosic enzyme has the highest ability .
