摘要
简要介绍了CRCD煤气化技术,阐明了在石灰生产过程中,CRCD煤气化技术不但可以减少温室气体CO2的排放,而且可以有效降低气化用煤量,从而达到节能减排的效果。同时提出了CRCD煤气化技术对窑炉石灰冷却工艺的要求。
CRCD coal gasification technology is introduced briefly. It expressed that, in the course of lime production, CRCD coal gasification technology not only can reduce the emission of CO2 in greenhouse, but also can effectively reduce the consumption of coal for gasification. So that it can achieve the simultaneous combination of energy-saving and emission reduction. At the same time, the technical requirement of CRCD coal gasification technology for the cooling process of lime kiln is made.
