摘要
放电间隙状态检测与控制对超声辅助电火花铣削的加工稳定性、加工效率和加工质量等具有十分重要的意义。设计了放电间隙电压采集电路,能在线检测出工具电极、工件之间的间隙电压。采集电路采集到的间隙电压和设置的3个门槛电压进行比较,可有效地把一段周期内放电状态分为开路、火花放电、非正常火花放电3种状态。利用加工间隙状态信息可实现放电加工的在线控制。
The state detection has significant effect on the machining stability,efficiency and accuracy of ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge milling.One of the gap voltage detection circuits was used to obtain the real-time waveform of the voltage between workpiece and tool electrode.The pulse voltage values from the voltage waveform were compared with three threshold voltages set by the computer,then open pulse,spark pulse,non-normal pulse could be identified.The effective method can be used to establish an on-line control system.
