摘要
分析了超声辅助电火花复合加工过程中超声振动对电介质击穿电压的影响,并进行了对比验证实验。研究结果表明,工具电极附加超声振动后,火花放电比附加超声振动前有所增加,并且出现了大量的低压放电现象,超声振动可以降低电介质的击穿电压。
The influence of ultrasonic vibration on EDM dielectric breakdown voltage was analysed theoretically, and verification experiments were carried out. Results of the research showed that spark discharge is more than that without ultrasonic vibration. The phenomenon of low-voltage discharged if tool electrode was assisted with ultrasonic vibration. Dielectric breakdown voltage can be reduced when ultrasonic vibration added.
