摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对我国国家级以上网球裁判员队伍的现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:我国网球裁判员地域分布不均、裁判队伍以体育教师和网球教练为主、学历水平较高、年龄结构比较合理、执裁年限大都在5—10年,但外语水平是裁判员的薄弱环节,他们的科研水平较低,中国网球裁判需要走向职业化。
By using the methods of documents, questionnaire, this article analyses the status of the tennis judges at national grade above level in China. The results show that the main component part in judge team is the physical education teachers and tennis coaches, which are well education background, reasonable age structure and 5-10 judgment experiments; but their ability of foreign language and science study is low; and their distribution in region is not balanced. In China, the tennis judge needs to step into professional road.
