摘要
高职院校要把能力建设作为核心工作，要以学生为本位，通过加强学校的能力建设来提高学生的能力。要制定具有可操作性的能力建设方案，并通过提高教师水平、改革教学方法等多种手段，使学生的专业能力、通用能力、创新能力都有质的飞跃。
Higher vocational college should put the co nstraction of ability as nucleus work , should regard students as the basis, should increase abilities of the students through stronging the constraction of ability of college.Should draw up a operating project of const raction of ability, increase teacher＇s level and reform teaching method etc.,so as to make the student＇s professional ability, passable ability, creative ability to get qualitative leap.
