摘要
采用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对我国国家级以上沙滩排球裁判员队伍的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明,我国国家级以上沙滩排球裁判员队伍年龄结构较合理,地域分布不均,性别结构失调;学历水平较高,有助于对规则的理解和执行;总体英语水平及科研水平较低。
Through using the method of expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper made a study on status quo of the beach volleyball referees at the national level and above in China. The result shows that the referees＇ age structure is reasonable, while the regional distribution is not even. Their gender also lost balance, most of the referees have higher academic degrees and it contributes to the understanding and performance of the rules. In general, their English and research level are comparatively low.
