摘要
简介了植物体细胞变异、产生的可能机理及其特点。论述了药用植物诱发产生体细胞变异的有效途径及其取得的成就，探讨了其存在的问题和发展前景。
This paper introduced somaclonal variation and its possible mechanism and characteristics. The effective ways, achievements and main problems and the prospect of someclonal variation were also discussed in this paper.
