摘要 由于野生资源日益减少和栽培品种品质退化,给传统药材的临床使用和质量控制带来许多困难。生物技术的蓬勃发展为根本改变传统药材的生产和加工提供了崭新的途径。植物细胞培养、毛状根培养和基因工程技术是与中药生物工程密切相关的领域,在分析了国内外有关研究最新进展的背景下,重点介绍了笔者的研究成果,并对今后的发展作出展望。 Both of the decreasing wild resources in quantity and the degenerating cultivated species in quality give rise some troubles to the clinical practice and to the quality control.The great development in the field of biotechnology gives an excellent method by which we can greatly change the classic production The authors discuss here their results and prospects in the fields of plant cell culture,hairy root culture and genetic engineering,which have a closed relation to the research into biotechnology of Chinese meteria medica in the background of word's recent progress.
