摘要 建立了卡鲁金顶燃式热风炉燃烧器内空、煤气流动混合过程的物理数学模型,通过模型实验和数值模拟研究了热风炉内的流场和组分混合特性,揭示空、煤气单吹情况下喷嘴中的流量均匀性以及格子砖对燃烧器出口气流的影响机理及规律,为燃烧器的设计和改造提出了建议。 Physical and mathematical model of the flow and mix of the air and coal gas in the Kalugin's hot-air stove burner were developed.Based on cold-state model experiments and numerical simulations,flow field and component mixing characteristics,and the distributions of gas flow in Jet-vortex with singly-blowing were studied.Also,gas flow in the outlet of the combustion chamber with different checkers was obtained.Suggestions were offered for the design and improvement of the burner.
