摘要
在简述国内外热风炉高风温和首钢热风炉技术开发历史基础上,从仿真、冷态试验和投产应用等方面比较、研究了首秦引进的俄罗斯卡卢金顶燃式热风炉、迁钢2号高炉上应用的自研制预热炉和首钢原顶燃式热风炉技术性能特点。研究结果表明:原顶燃式热风炉不能适应高风温使用,卡卢金顶燃式热风炉和自研制预热炉具有炉顶炉墙温度低、中心温度高、结构紧凑、燃烧完全等优点,而且自研制预热炉性能更好,两者均在生产应用中实现了高风温,满足了高炉炼铁生产需要,可为国内外热风炉进一步提高风温提供参考。
On the basis of high blast temperature of hot blast stove at home and abroad and the development of hot blast stove technology in Shougang, the performance and character of Russian kalugin's top combustion stove in Shouqin company, self-made preheated stove in No. 2 blast furnace in Qiangang and old top combustion stove in Shougang were studied by comparing the simulating and cold test with the actual production. The result showed that old top combustion stove could not be adapted to high blast temperature, kaluginrs top combustion stove and self-made preheated stove owned the virtue of lower temperature wall, high temperature in center, compact struc- ture and perfect combustion, and the performance of self-made preheated stove was better, both of them realized high blast temperature in actual production, and satisfied the need of ironmaking.
