摘要
本文使用系统工程的方法建立了具有废气余热回收装置的热风炉系统的数学模型及仿真模型。利用这个模型能够提供燃烧及炉内传热的基本特征。分析计算操作工况和设计参数对热效率的影响,找出提高热风炉系统热效率的途径。
In this paper according to the way of systems engineering, mathematic models and intitive models of the hot blast stoves system with residual heat utilization sets have been built up. These models can describe the dynamic process of the hot blast stoves systems which contain heat exchanger. By means of these models, the properties of heat transfer and combustion in the hearth of the hot blast stoves have been obtained. The results show that the operation condition and designed parameters effected on the effectiveness, and the way of improving systems effectiveness of the hot blast stoves have been found.
