摘要
近些年来,随着大庆油田气油比的上升,油田伴生气(湿气)产量明显增加,油气处理厂处理湿气能力不足的矛盾日益突出。为此,分析了目前大庆油田湿气集气率低的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施:提高油气装置处理能力;修复返输干气系统;提高联合站供干气的可靠性;转油站和联合站将本站湿气作为替补气源,确保安全生产。湿气集气率的提高,将为油气处理装置提供可靠的气源,同时为轻烃上产提供保障。
In recent years,as the gas/oil ratio of the Daqing Oilfield keeps rising,the volume of associated gas(wet gas) has been increased significantly and the inadequate treatment capacity of the associated gas of the gas processing plant has also become a prominent problem.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low associated gas gathering rate which the Daqing Oilfield presently confronts and puts forward the following measures: to boost the treatment capacity of the oil and gas facilities;to repair the dry gas transmission system;to improve the dry gas supply reliability of the united stations;to take wet gas as an alternative gas source for both booster stations and united stations to ensure safe production.The improved wet gas gathering rate can ensure the reliable gas supply to the oil and gas treatment facilities.
