摘要
回流量是原油蒸馏装置常压塔的一个重要操作参数。加工不同原油时,须调节各中段回流量以及时建立最佳操作。本文介绍了通过塔的热平衡与物料平衡得到的加工不同原油与处理量时各中段回流的计算公式及图表,对优化装置操作,节能有一定的指导意义。
The reflux is an importunt operation parameter of the atmospheric tower in a crude distillation unit. It is most desirable to adjust the pumporounds along the tower to establish optimum operation for various crude oils in time. This paper presents the calculation formulas and charts for pumperounds when processing different crude oils and throughputs with heat and material balance of the tower. It is meaningful to the optimization of operating conditions and energy conservation of the unit.
