摘要
针对电力企业传统缺陷管理方法存在的问题,引入国内外流行的"零缺陷管理"理念,介绍了北京超高压公司设备"零缺陷管理"的内涵特征,提出了二次设备"零缺陷管理"的主要措施以及工作流程,以此降低设备运行过程中的缺陷发生率和检修成本,提高电力企业的精益化管理水平。
In the light of the problems existed in traditional defect management method for power supply enterprises, the concept of zero-defect management was introduced, as well as the connotation and characteristics of the zero-defect man- agement for the secondary equipment of Beijing Extra High Voltage Power Supply Company, the major measure and the procedure of the zero-defect management were raised.
