摘要
通过分析输变电设备缺陷管理中存在的问题,引入零缺陷管理的管理思想和理念,提出了输变电设备零缺陷管理过程控制和预防控制的主要内容、方法及工作流程,提出了实现输变电设备零缺陷管理的主要措施。
Through the analysis on problems existing in zero-defect management of transmission and transformation equipment,the concept of zero-defect management was introduced,the major content,the major method and procedure of process control and preventive control for zero-defect management were raised,the major measure to realize zero-defect management was put forward as well.
