摘要
分析了传统输配电设备缺陷管理中存在的问题,提出了充分利用电网输配电生产管理系统(PMS)实现输配电设备零缺陷管理的主要措施,并对输配电生产管理系统中的缺陷流程提出改进意见。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional defect management of power transmission and distribution equipment, presents major measures to realize zero-defect management taking full advantage of power transmission and distribution production management system, also presents amendment suggests on de- fect management process for power transmission and distribution production management system.
