摘要
从药用植物长管假茉利 ( Clerodendrum indicum)中分离鉴定了 8个化合物。通过波谱分析及已知物数据对照 ,分别鉴定为 3,4 -二羟基苯乙醇 ( 3,4 -dihydroxyphenylethanol,1) ,粗毛豚草素 ( hispidulin,2 ) ,粗毛豚草素葡萄糖醛酸苷( hispidulin 7- O- glucuronide,3) ,泽兰叶黄素 ( eupafolin,4 ) ,黄芩素苷 ( scutellarein,5) ,大青甾醇 ( clerodendrol,6) ,玫瑰花苷 ( roseoside,7)和 lariciresinol 9- O-β- D- glucoside( 8) ,其中 6是主要成分 。
WT5BZ]Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Clerodendrum indicum. On the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with the data of known compounds,their structures were identified as 3,4 dihydroxyphenylethanol(1),hispidulin(2),hispidulin 7 O glucuronide(3),eupafolin(4),scutellarein(5),clerodendrol(6),roseoside(7)and lariciresinol 9 O β D glucoside(8).Among them,clerodendrol(6) is the main compound.All these compounds were first reported in this plant.
