摘要
以高效液相色谱法作为绿原酸含量的检测方法,用超声提取法从豚草茎中提取绿原酸以制备分析样品,结果表明超声提取的最佳条件为:以蒸馏水为提取溶剂,在60℃下超声提取70min。
Chologenic acid content in Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. stem was studied by the method of high performance liquid chroma graphy . Analysized sample made from Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. stem was through ultrasonic extraction in distilled water. The result showed that we got a good extrac-tion yield of chlorogenic acid under the optimal condition of 60℃ temperature and 70 minutes.
