摘要
设计了适用于含钒页岩回转窑的燃烧器结构,分析了不同的结构参数下燃烧器的火焰状况,建立了燃烧器-回转窑系统的三维模型。应用计算流体力学Fluent软件,采用重整化群(RNG)k-ε模型,模拟燃烧器的工作过程,研究了燃气出口直径等因素对燃烧性能的影响,对燃烧器-回转窑系统的流场和温度场进行了总体分析,通过理论计算与软件分析的对比,得到了最符合工艺的燃烧器参数。对于工业上合理选择燃烧器的工作参数以及提高燃料利用率,降低能源消耗有一定的指导意义。
The structure of Rotary kiln burner for vanadium shale is designed, the burner flame status under different structural parameters is analyzed, and the three-dimensional model of the burner-rotary kiln system is established. The working process of the burner is simulated by applying the computational fluid dynamics software-Fluent, the RNG k-ε model is used, the different effects on flow field when the gas outlet diameter of the burner changes are studied separately. The flow field and temperature field of the burner-rotary kiln system are analyzed in general. At last, the process parameters of the burner that most conforms to procedure are acquired by comparing the theoretical calculation with software analysis. Certain guiding significance for the rational selection of the burner working parameters is provid; fuel efficiency and energy consumption reduction is improved.
