摘要
文章以Windows+RTX实时扩展为开发平台,分析了利用RTX实现全软件数控技术的可行性,并在此基础上采用前后台型结构,构建了基于RTX的软件数控立体雕刻系统的原型系统。以快速成形技术中的切片分层制造为思想,采用STL文件作为三维模型数据来源,运用自适应切片,采用柱面坐标系进行分层雕刻、累积成形,实现了三维立体雕刻的基本功能,为复杂曲面的雕刻奠定了基础。
The paper analyze the possibility of developing soft CNC system based on Windows + RTX,and a prototype soft CNC system is developed by using fore-and-after structural models on Windows operating system, which embedded with RTX. And the STL is used as data sources of three-dimensional model, the adaptive slicing is applied to layered sculpturing and accumulated forming, achieving the basic functions of the three-dimensional sculpture, laying the foundation for complex surface carving.
