兆瓦级风电机组抗台风塔架设计的初步研究

摘要 根据某风电场台风的特点确定风机设计等级,在此基础上通过对塔架基本尺寸的预假设并建立基本物理模型,基于有限元法并根据风电设备的设计规范对抗台风风力发电机组塔架的主体塔筒进行了初步分析,主要包括塔架的低级频率和极限强度计算。通过对该风电机组初步设计中的塔架的基本设计工作初步确定该的塔架的固有频率和极限强度均满足风电机组的设计规范要求。然而建议在对抗台风风力发电机组塔架详细设计阶段必须进行进一步优化设计在强调足够的情况下减小尺寸,降低制造和运输成本。 According to a site wind condition,the turbine was classified.Assumption on the dimensions,the model of the turbine was constructed.Primary analysis on Anti-typhoon tower was made with Finite element method,including low class frequency and extreme strength.Some dependent conclusions and suggestions on anti-typhoon tower design were drawn that the frequency and extreme strength meet the design specification of turbine standards.Some suggestions which the tower dimensions had to be optimized in the details design phases to decrease the costs of manufacturing and transportation was made.
